Before significant capital is expended, a detailed and thorough technical and economic analysis of each prospect will be performed. EHR’s plan is to be patient and selective, acting on opportunities that demonstrate the potential for superior returns on capital expended. With this approach, EHR intends to maximize its capital efficiency and thereby achieve very low finding and development costs and a high recycle ratio (defined as the field netback per boe divided by the finding and development costs per boe). EHR is strategically identifying and acquiring oil and gas reserves which have geological characteristics and reservoir properties that are suitable for deploying our industry leading enhanced oil recovery solutions and technologies.

North American Stranded Reserves

EHR recognizes the global issue surrounding the world’s supply of conventional oil reserves. We have identified the growing demand of crude oil combined with the global diminishing supply of conventional reserves, and have modelled our business around recovering those reserves which can only be unlocked by applying enhanced oil recovery techniques.
