Lionel Kambeitz is an internationally recognized professional in Business Development and International Business Relations. Mr. Kambeitz currently serves as Chairman and CEO of HTC Purenergy Inc and has played a founding role in many other Canadian and United States based private companies, as well as Canadian based public companies. Previously, Mr. Kambeitz has executive experience in a variety of industries including energy, agriculture, engineering, and manufacturing. |

Wayne Bernakevitch - Director |

Wayne Bernakevitch is a senior partner with the law firm of McDougall Gauley LLP, the largest and oldest law firm in Saskatchewan. With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Bernakevitch specializes in Corporate, Commercial and Business Law. Mr. Bernakevitch is the past President of the Regina and District Chamber of Commerce and sits on numerous local and national boards. |

Graeme Lynch - Director and Chief Executive Officer |

Graeme Lynch has 20 years of senior international corporate experience in both private and publically listed resource and technology organizations and has had extensive experience managing merger, acquisition and divestment initiatives. Prior to joining EHR, Mr. Lynch spent the last 7 years as Chief Commercial Officer with HTC Purenergy, EHR’s founding company. Mr. Lynch is a graduate of Auckland University, in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. |

He co-founded Kingsland Capital Management Corp. in 2007 as one of the managing partners and leads all energy related corporate development. |

Joe Wollner - Director |

Joe Wollner has over 12 years of experience working in the oil and gas drilling and equipment industry in Western Canada. Mr. Wollner is the President of Maxx Energy Solutions Corp. and has been a shareholder since 2008. He is also presently Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Industrial Services Inc. Pinnacle Industrial Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Maxx Energy Solutions with plant and equipment manufacturing facilities based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Pinnacle Industrial is also the manufacturer, fabricator and assembler of Maxx Energy Solutions’ oilfield drilling, rental and service equipment. |
